Outstanding branding for the incredible Columnistar

Columnists need a stage worthy of their voice, and Columnistar has built one. Columnistar is a platform for columnists: people write columns here, publish them and build their own readership. Sponge created its identity in the spirit of a newspaper poster: a wordmark with a column and a star, red, mustard and mint colours, black-and-white cities and a chequerboard rhythm. The system holds up equally on a poster, a notebook, a badge, merch and the product screen. An incredible client deserves outstanding work: Columnistar set a bold brief, and Sponge turned it into a brand you recognise at a glance.
