1. Who makes the offer
Haydamax OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 17351554, team@spng.space, through its studio Sponge offers businesses design, branding, web, app, video and marketing services on the terms below.
2. What is offered
The exact work, price and timeline are set out in an individual quote that Sponge sends in response to the client's request. The descriptions of services on this website are not yet an offer; they are an invitation to send a request.
3. How the offer is accepted
The contract is concluded when the client confirms the quote by email or pays the first invoice issued on the basis of the quote. From that moment the quote, these provisions and the Terms and conditions apply.
4. Price and payment
The price is the one stated in the quote. Payment is made by bank transfer or card against an invoice within 14 days. No VAT is charged while Haydamax OÜ is not registered for VAT.
5. Delivery and rights
Results are delivered electronically. Rights of use pass to the client after full payment, as described in the Terms and conditions.
6. Who it is for
This offer is addressed to businesses and organisations only, not to consumers.
7. Validity
This offer applies from 28 October 2026 until it is withdrawn or replaced on this page. Estonian law applies. In case of doubt, the German version applies.
